	this was taken in my barracks in the u.s. air force with my first bigsby guitar.

	this is where i started my flying career. this picture was taken my jim vest, famous steel guitarist, as i was passing his yacht.
the first car i fell in love with, my father's 1949 packard 2-door club coupe fastback with it's 348 cubic inch straight eight "l" head engine with borg-warner overdrive.
	my first of 3 de tomaso panteras. these were 351 ford powered italian screamers with 6-speed zf transmissions. i used this car for daily transportation to recording sessions in the late 70's and all my gear actually fit. i was crowded but never late.

	aluminum bodied shelby cobra serial number csx2186. i bought this car from don gant, manager of sony music. i sold it to a friend, then bought it back. i had just painted the car black when this picture was taken.
when sessions improved, so did my transportation. this brand new rolls silver shadow was the first of four that i owned. i can still smell the leather interior right now.
