Frank Estes and J.R. Merseal. Opinions expressed by these two lunatics are purely their own. Don't blame me for anything they say. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |

Steel Guitar Hall of Fame member Billy Robinson. This is a really great interview with a really great player. Hear what he has to say about music past and present. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |

Mike Fried. Mike has been with Gary Allan since the beginning of Gary's career. Before that, he was with Wylie and the Wild West Show. Mike has always avoided copying other players and has worked at developing his own voice on the steel guitar. As a working musician, Mike's philosophy is "I try to be a musician first and a steel guitar player second. I believe your first duty is to the song and the artist. I've always been considered a singer's player rather than a player's player." Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |
Don Helms. Some days, nothing goes right! I slipped up and didn't get a picture of Don but I promise I will when he comes in again. Not only that, but someone played with the knobs on my rack and we got a terrible quality recording. However, in this case, it's what was said that's more important than what it sounds like. It's a long interview so it'll take time to download ... but as they say, it's worth the wait. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |

Gary Morse. Gary has lots of years and lots of miles on the road behind such notables as Suzy Bogguss, Highway 101, McBride and the Ride, Ricky Skaggs, Pam Tillis and currently Dwight Yoakam. In his travels and travails, he has developed a unique sound all his own so listen as he talks about his gear and the different things he does that makes him a very famous standout musician. Pat Severs. Pat's career includes stints with Narvel Felts, Eddie Rabbitt and Pirates Of The Mississippi. It's another long interview but that just makes it more worth the wait while it downloads. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |

Howard White. I first saw Howard when I was a kid and he was playing with Hank Snow. Howard is one of the classic, great steel guitarists of the early years in Nashville. His playing and personality have carried him to heights that few have attained. Howard has worked with all the classic great singers who made Nashville what it is today. His first pedal guitar was the first pedal guitar that Shot Jackson, of Sho-Bud fame, ever built. The first Sho-Bud that Don Warden got, was built after the guitar that Shot built for Howard. His interview is one of the funniest we've ever done and well worth the wait to download. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |

John Hughey, Al Vescovo, John Bechtel and Terry Wendt. Put four steel players in a room with a microphone and you know you're going to hear some tall tales and laughter. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |

Gail Davies. The absolutely wonderful Gail Davies came in with her son Chris, a member of BR-549. Chris is a fine young man whom I've watched grow up and is a credit to the steel guitar community. Gail of course, I've known and worked with for many, many years and I have the upmost respect for her as a person and for her talent. What can I say ... sometimes I can't get off the phone long enough to get my picture taken. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |

Ron Elliott. This is one of the longest interviews I've done as Ron and I got to reminising about Shot Jackson and some of the tricks he played on people. If you like to laugh and hear stories about the man behind Sho-Bud then this is worth the wait. Listen with Windows Media Player Listen with Real Player |
